SERVICES

Our Partial Planning package is typically booked by couples who has their venue secured and perhaps a few vendors in mind.  You may have a vision of what they would like for the day, perhaps a Pinterest Board started, but you need assistance with narrowing down your ideas and creating a vision board, help with selecting decor items that are needed and fit your theme, or need assistance with planning the event or establishing a timeline,

 

The process begins with a meeting to discuss your ideas, such as food, music, flowers, and decor. Together, we can narrow down your design ideas, select vendors that fit your needs and budget, establish a timeline, and select decor items that fit your style. We also provide monthly check-ins to make sure your planning process is stress-free and enjoyable and answer any questions that may arise. On your wedding day, we are by your side and making sure all of your needs are met. 

This package allows you and your partner to enjoy the planning process while we offer our expert planning and design services and oversee the management and logistics that come with planning a wedding. From start to finish, we will be by your side to ensure everything is perfect on your wedding day.

Wedding Planning Checklist

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

Attend final venue walk-through 4-6 weeks before event

Assist with finalizing timeline, seating chart + floor plan

Assist with finalizing arrival times + timeline review with vendors

Assume all communication with venue + vendors the week of your wedding

Answer any last-minute questions/concerns or manage any issues that arise

Rehearsal attendance + coordination

DAY-OF COORDINATION

8 hours of Ceremony + Reception Coordination

 

Ceremony Management:

Collection + distribution of ceremony items

Usher guests to their seats + ensure music is prepared

Assist with distributing bouquets + pinning boutonnieres

Organize processional & prepare bride for entrance 

Assistance with basic event set-up (1 hour): Card box, seating chart, escort cards, guestbook + favors

Reception Management: 

Assist & receive deliveries from bakers, florists, and other vendors

Special handling + placement of cards/gifts to predetermined location

Maintain timeline + manage vendors 

Distribution of gratuity to vendors

Assistance with basic decor take-down (1 hour)

Guest Management:

Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony area, cocktail hour + reception area

 

Vendor Management:

Ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline + deliver quality service

Couple Management:

Provide personalized services to the couple, such as preparation for ceremony, assistance during photos, bringing food + drinks to the couple, and ensuring all needs are met

Unlimited phone + email communication 

30 miles of travel included

Investment: $3,750

RENTALS + FULL EVENT SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN IS CALCULATED SEPERATLY
