Our Day-of Coordination package is ideal for a couple who has planned their wedding and secured all of their vendors. You are looking for a professional who can step in and help manage the logistics of coordinating your wedding so that you can enjoy your special day with friends and family.
We are responsible for making sure that your wedding day or weekend is executed perfectly. Throughout the entire day, we are by your side, guiding you through the ceremony and reception. We prepare you and your bridal party for the ceremony, ensure decorations are set up to your liking, coordinate with the venue and vendors, manage your timeline and guests, and oversee any last-minute changes that may arise. We create a wonderful rapport with your vendors and guests and cater to all your needs throughout the day.
Prior to your wedding, we will meet with you to learn about your vision and plans for the day and then assume all vendor communication and planning the month of your wedding. This allows you to enjoy the weeks leading up to your event, allowing you to focus on yourselves, and enjoy your upcoming celebration.

Wedding Planning + Preparation
Free 1-hour phone consultation
(1) In-person meeting to discuss your vison and needs for the day, review of established wedding plans, timeline, decorations and vendor services
(1) Venue visit + walk-though to discuss floor plan and decor ideas
Month - of Planning
Review established timeline, seating chart, and floor plan
Review final plans for decorating ceremony and reception space
Assume communication with venue & vendors about arrival times and timeline review the week of your wedding
Answer any last-minute questions/concerns or manage any issues that arise
Day - of Coordination
8 hours of Ceremony + Reception Coordination
Ceremony Management:
Collection + distribution of ceremony items, assist with distributing bouquets and pinning boutonnieres, usher guests to their seats, and ensure music is prepared
Organize processional and prepare bride for entrance
Reception Management:
Assist and receive deliveries from bakers, florists, and other vendors
Assistance with basic event set-up (1 hour): Card box, seating chart, escort cards, guestbook, and favors
Special handling and placement of cards & gifts to predetermined location
Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors
Assistance with basic decor take-down (1 hour)
Guest Management:
Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony area, cocktail hour, and reception area
Vendor Management:
Ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline, and deliver quality service
Couple Management:
Provide personalized services to the couple, such as bringing food + drinks and ensuring
all their needs are met
