Our Day-of Coordination package is ideal for a couple who has planned their wedding and secured all of their vendors. You are looking for a professional who can step in and help manage the logistics of coordinating your wedding so that you can enjoy your special day with friends and family.
We are responsible for making sure that your wedding day or weekend is executed perfectly. Throughout the entire day, we are by your side, guiding you through the ceremony and reception. We prepare you and your bridal party for the ceremony, ensure decorations are set up to your liking, coordinate with the venue and vendors, manage your timeline and guests, and oversee any last-minute changes that may arise. We create a wonderful rapport with your vendors and guests and cater to all your needs throughout the day.
Prior to your wedding, we will meet with you to learn about your vision and plans for the day and then assume all vendor communication and planning the week of your wedding. This allows you to enjoy the week leading up to your event, focus on yourselves, and enjoy your upcoming celebration.

Assumes communication with venue & vendors about arrival times, set-up, and timeline review
Ceremony rehearsal attendance
Day - of Coordination
8 hours of Ceremony + Reception Coordination
Collection + distribution of ceremony items, assist with distributing bouquets and pinning boutonnieres, usher guests to their seats, and ensure music is prepared
Organize processional and prepare bride for entrance
Assist and receive deliveries from bakers, florists, and other vendors
Assistance with basic event set-up (1 hour): Card box, seating chart, escort cards, guestbook, and favors
Special handling and placement of cards & gifts to predetermined location
Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors
Assistance with basic decor take-down (1 hour)
Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony area, cocktail hour, and reception area
Ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline, and deliver quality service
Provide personalized services to the couple, such as bringing food + drinks and ensuring
all their needs are met
