Simple Celebrations Wedding Planner

STYLING + DESIGN

Perhaps you have a ton of ideas saved on your Pinterest Board, but you're struggling to narrow them down. Or maybe you and your partner have different styles and you're looking for someone to help meld them together. That's where we step in!

During your design consultation, Melissa will walk you through your ideas to help you narrow down your choices to achieve the look and feel that you are going for.

 

Melissa will then create a beautiful INSPIRATIONAL BOARD for you, focusing on your colors, theme, and decor elements and including all of the necessary items for a wedding. You will then be given a detailed list of items needed to either purchase, make, or rent to achieve your desired look.

Simple Celebrations Wedding Rentals

FULL EVENT

SET UP

This package is designed for the DIY couple. You've bought, made, or rented all of your decor and you're in need of someone to help set up. Perhaps you even could use a decorator's eye.

Typically, is takes 6-8 hours to set up an entire wedding. Rather than trying to tackle it yourself or rely on friends and family to help set up, let us step in and work our magic! 

Together, we will discuss your decorating plans and determine how long it would take to set up your event. Then, our experienced decorating team will arrive in the morning to set up for you. You'll receive expert design services and when you arrive, you'll see your vison come to life! 

 

There's nothing like stepping into your dream wedding without having the stress of decorating. Let us do the heavy lifting while you and your friends and family enjoy every moment of the day.

BRIDAL CONCIERGE

On the morning of your wedding, we'd love for you to relax, enjoy your time getting ready, and have everything fully prepared for you when you're ready to step into your gown. 

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE: 

  • Press/steam wedding gown and veil

  • Press/steam additional dresses

  • Assist bride with putting on wedding gown

  • Assist with fashion mishaps (hems, buttons, straps, etc.)

  • Provide photographer with flatlay items (invitation, rings, jewelry, etc.)

  • Pin boutonnieres on groomsmen/fathers 

  • Distribute bouquets and corsages to bridesmaids/mothers

  • Arrange bridesmaids in processional order

  • Prepare bride for walking down the aisle - ensuing wedding gown is fluffed and veil lays perfectly

  • Assist with wedding photos - arrange dress and veil to allow photographer to focus on taking photos

  • Bustle wedding gown and repackage veil

  • Prepare dress and accessories for dress change

We'd love to be by your side on your wedding day. We'll ensure that you are taken care of so that when you arrive to your ceremony, you're relaxed, looking perfect, and ready to get married!

DAY OF COORDINATION

This package is designed for couples that have their vendors booked, decor planned, and timeline established. They are looking for someone to step in and manage the day and vendors so that they can enjoy the day stress-free.

Together, we will discuss your wedding plans and needs for the day. We'll review your established timeline and will determine how many hours of service you'll need. Then, our experienced coordinator will assist you on your wedding day, ensuring that your vendors are prepared, the day runs smoothly, and assisting you with anything you need. 

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE: 

  • Assist and receive deliveries from bakers, florists, and other vendors

  • Ensure correct set-up at ceremony & reception sites and review timeline with venue and staff​.

  • Ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline, and deliver quality service​

  • Pin boutonnieres and corsages, organize processional line-up, collection + distribution of ceremony items, and bridal assistance​

  • Bridal Emergency Kit

  • Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony area, cocktail hour, and reception area

  • Provide personalized services to the couple (food, drinks, and personal assistance)

  • Special handling and placements of cards & gifts to a predetermined location

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors

  • Unlimited phone & email communication

  • 30 miles of travel included

We know how hard and time-consuming it is to plan a wedding.  We'd be honored to step in and assist so that you can fully enjoy your day with family and friends.

$125/hr.
