Our Month-of Coordination package is designed for a couple who has planned their wedding and secured all of their vendors but would like a professional to step in and execute their vision.
Prior to your wedding, we will meet with you to learn about your vision and plans for the day, ensuring everything is planned and secure. Then, we'll assume all vendor communication and planning the last month of prep. This allows you to enjoy the weeks leading up to your event, allowing you to focus on yourselves, and enjoy your upcoming celebration.
On your wedding day, we are by your side, guiding you through the ceremony and reception. We prepare you and your bridal party for the ceremony, ensure decorations are set up to your liking, coordinate with the venue and vendors, manage your timeline and guests, and oversee any last-minute changes that may arise. We create a wonderful rapport with your vendors and guests and cater to all your needs throughout the day.

PLANNING + PREPERATION

(1) In-person meeting to discuss your vison and needs for the day, review of established wedding plans, timeline, decorations and vendor services
Review established timeline, seating chart + floor plan
Review final plans for decorating ceremony + reception space
MONTH-OF COORDINATION
Attend final venue walk-through 4-6 weeks before event
Assist with finalizing timeline, seating chart + floor plan
Assist with finalizing arrival times + timeline review with vendors
Assume all communication with venue + vendors the week of your wedding
Answer any last-minute questions/concerns or manage any issues that arise
Rehearsal attendance + coordination
DAY-OF COORDINATION
8 hours of Ceremony + Reception Coordination
Ceremony Management:
Collection + distribution of ceremony items
Usher guests to their seats + ensure music is prepared
Assist with distributing bouquets + pinning boutonnieres
Organize processional + prepare bride for entrance
Reception Management:
Assist + receive deliveries from bakers, florists + other vendors
Assistance with basic event set-up (1 hour): Card box, seating chart, escort cards, guestbook, and favors
Special handling + placement of cards/gifts to predetermined location
Maintain timeline + manage vendors
Distribution of gratuity to vendors
Assistance with basic decor take-down (1 hour)
Guest Management:
Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony area, cocktail hour + reception area
Vendor Management:
Ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline + deliver quality service
Couple Management:
Provide personalized services to the couple, such as preparation for ceremony, assistance during photos, bringing food + drinks to the couple, and ensuring all needs are met
