That's right! From start to finish, it takes couples on average about 200-300 hours to plan a full scale wedding.

Your time will consist of planning, budgeting, scouting venues, interviewing vendors, planning decorations, and the list goes on. Rather than having this exciting time filled with stress and worry, let us do all the heavy lifting for you while you enjoy this exciting time with your fiancé. 

 

Our Full Planning + Design package provides you with step-by-step guidance and professional opinions from the moment you begin planning your wedding. This package is perfect for couples who live out of state or don't have a lot of free time to dedicate to organizing an event, researching and securing vendors, or planning and setting up decor.

 

We first start by helping you select a venue that best fits your and your partner's theme and vision for the day. We would then research and secure vendors that fit your style and budget. From there, design ideas are shared, helping you narrow down your concept, colors, and decorations. A Digital Wedding Proposal is then created, including a detailed mood board, venue and vendor contact information, a detailed timeline and floor plan, and a list of decor elements needed for both your ceremony and reception.  We also provide beautiful rentals that fit your theme, manage the day, and assist with set up and take down. We work alongside you, answering any questions you may have or address any issues that may arise. We are by your side throughout the day, ensuring that your plans are executed perfectly, your needs are met, and your wedding is everything you dreamed of.

PLANNING + PREPERATION

Free 1-hour phone consultation

Work with couple to understand + clearly define wedding budget

Recommend venues within couple's style + budget and serve as a liaison between venue and couple throughout the planning process

Provide vendor recommendations that fit couple's style + budget, attend vendor meetings, and serve as liaison between vendors and couple 

Access to SC Wedding Planning Checklist + Master Detail Sheet for easy planning

 

Monthly check-ins to assist with completing wedding checklist

Personalized INSPIRATION BOARD created for you, including a mood board that fits your style and themes, along with a detailed list of decor items needed to achieve your desired look. 

Custom timeline created, highlining all the important elements of your wedding day, ensuring perfect transitions and execution of events

 

Entertainment + activity suggestions

 

Rehearsal Dinner location research + procurement 

 

Hotel block research + procurement

Transportation research + procurement 

Floor plan recommendations + design

Assist with planning ceremony, including determining ceremony format, processional + recessional

Attend final venue walk-through 4-6 weeks before event​​

ON THE WEDDING DAY

10 hours of Ceremony + Reception Coordination

 

Ceremony Management:

Collection + distribution of ceremony items

Usher guests to their seats + ensure music is prepared

Assist with distributing bouquets + pinning boutonnieres

Organize processional + prepare bride for entrance 

Reception Management: 

Assist & receive deliveries from bakers, florists, and other vendors

Assistance with basic event set-up (1 hour): Card box, seating chart, escort cards, guestbook + favors

Special handling + placement of cards/gifts to predetermined location

Maintain timeline + manage vendors 

Distribution of gratuity to vendors

Assistance with basic event take-down (1 hour)

 

Guest Management:

Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony area, cocktail hour + reception area

 

Vendor Management:

Ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline + deliver quality service

Couple Management:

Provide personalized services to the couple, such as preparation for ceremony, assistance during photos, bringing food + drinks to the couple, and ensuring all needs are met
