PLANNING + PREPERATION

VENDOR RESEARCH + PROCUREMENT

Planning a large event can be exciting, yet overwhelming at the same time. There are so many decisions to be made and a ton of vendors to choose from. It can be stressful trying to figure out everything on your own and you might not know where to begin.

During your consultation, Melissa  will listen to all of your ideas and wishes for the day. You will discuss your budget, determine which vendors you'd like to hire, and go over services that they provide.

 

Melissa will then take all of your ideas and will provide you with a list of available vendors that fit your style and budget. Together, you will review your contracts, establish a timeline for your vendors, and arrange deposits to secure your date. Then, you can relax and enjoy your engagement, knowing that you booked the best vendor for your big day!

DECOR

STYLING + DESIGN

Perhaps you have a ton of ideas saved on your Pinterest Board, but you're struggling to narrow them down. Or maybe you and your partner have different styles and you're looking for someone to help meld them together. That's where I step in!

During your design consultation, Melissa will walk you through your ideas to help you narrow down your decor elements. You will discuss your budget and Melissa will provide you with suggestions on how to save money and repurpose decor and flowers. 

 

She will then create a beautiful INSPIRATIONAL BOARD for you, focusing on your colors, theme, and decor elements and includes all of the necessary items for a wedding. You will then be given a detailed list of items needed to either purchase, make, or rent to achieve your desired look.

TIMELINE 

DEVELOPMENT

When planning your wedding day, Melissa would love to help you plan the elements of your big day and offer her professional advice on developing your timeline in order to maximize the time you have with your partner, friends and family. 

 

There are many things to consider when planning your event, so together, you will discuss what a typical wedding timeline looks like, what wedding elements you'd like to include, and chat about other activities to consider that makes your wedding fun and unique. You'll discuss traditional elements of a wedding, but also chat about other ideas that are modern, popular and geared towards your personality. Then, you can communicate your timeline to your vendors so that everyone is lock-step and the day runs smoothly. 

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Discuss wedding day logistics, such as when and where to get ready, ceremony time and location, and reception time and location

  • Discuss elements of a typical wedding ceremony and reception and how long to except each one to take

  • Discuss what types of photos you'd like and how much time your photographer will need

  • Determine how much time your vendors will need for set-up, preparation, and service

  • Discuss various activities you can include on your day to make it fun and unique

REHEARSAL 

MANAGEMENT

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life.  It's a time to gather your loved ones to witness and celebrate your union. While it's joyous event, there are lots of moving parts to a wedding ceremony, which is why having a rehearsal is so very important. 

 

Hiring a professional coordinator will help you with all of the logistics of a wedding ceremony. Prior to rehearsal, you and Melissa work together on finalizing your ceremony plans to prepare you for the big day. She'll answer any questions you may have and help you make final decisions about the ceremony. 

 

At rehearsal, Melissa will familiarize everyone with the ceremony site and layout. Together, you will review where everyone needs to be and what role they play during the ceremony. Then, you will practice your processional, focusing on pacing and where to stand at the alter. Melissa will then walk you through the components of the ceremony and practice your recessional. Melissa will help you practice until you and your bridal party feel completely comfortable and confident for the big day!

WEDDING DAY

BRIDAL CONCIERGE

On the morning of your wedding, we'd love for you to relax, enjoy your time getting ready, and have everything fully prepared for you when you're ready to step into your gown!

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Pick up breakfast/brunch food + drinks

  • Press/steam wedding gown and veil

  • Press/steam additional dresses

  • Assist bride with putting on wedding gown

  • Assist with fashion mishaps (hems, buttons, straps, etc.)

  • Provide photographer with flatlay items (invitation, rings, jewelry, etc.)

  • Pin boutonnieres on groomsmen/fathers 

  • Distribute bouquets and corsages to bridesmaids/mothers

  • Arrange bridesmaids in processional order

  • Prepare bride for walking down the aisle - ensuing wedding gown is fluffed and veil lays perfectly

  • Assist with wedding photos - arrange dress and veil to allow photographer to focus on taking photos

  • Bustle wedding gown and repackage veil

  • Prepare dress and accessories for dress change

  • Tidy up bridal suite for wedding night

We'd love to be by your side on the morning of your wedding. We'll ensure that you all of your needs are taken care of so that when you arrive to your ceremony, you're relaxed, looking perfect, and ready to get married!

$175/hr.

AND BRIDAL PARTY SIZE

DAY-OF

COORDINATION

This service is designed for couples that have their vendors booked, decor planned, and timeline established. They are looking for someone to step in and manage the day and vendors so that they can enjoy their wedding day stress-free.

Together, we will discuss your wedding plans and needs for the day. We'll review your timeline and will determine how many hours of service you'll need. Then, our experienced coordinator will assist you on your wedding day, ensuring that your vendors are prepared, the day runs smoothly, and assisting you with anything you need. 

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Assist and receive deliveries from bakers, florists, and other vendors and ensure vendors arrive on time, follow predetermined timeline, and deliver quality service​

  • Bridal Emergency Kit, assistance with pinning boutonnieres, organize processional line-up, collection + distribution of ceremony items

  • Usher guests to designated locations - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas

  • Provide personalized services to the couple

  • Special handling and placements of cards & gifts to a predetermined location

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors

  • Unlimited phone & email communication

  • 30 miles of travel included

  We'd be honored to step in and assist so that you can fully enjoy your day with family and friends.

$175/hr.

FULL EVENT

SET-UP 

Did you know it typically takes 8-12 hours to set up an entire wedding for about 100 people? Rather than trying to tackle it yourself or rely on friends and family to help, let us step in and work our magic!

During your consultation, we will discuss your decorating plans and determine how long it would take to set up your event, from start to finish. 

 

SERVICES WE OFFER:

Ceremony Set-Up:

  • Welcome and Unplugged signs + easels
  • Welcome or Program table
  • Petal bar or toss

  • Guest seating

  • Aisle and chair decor

  • Wedding arch flowers and decor

Reception Set-Up:

  • ​Set up tables and chairs, arrange floor plan, and seating assignments at each guest table

  • ​Lay linens and steam 

  • ​Put on chair covers and sashes

  • ​Set up place settings, centerpieces, and table numbers

  • ​Set up specialty tables (card/gift table, memorial table, seating chart, favors, and guestbook)

  • Set up dessert table            

  • Set up your non-alcoholic beverage table

  • Set up your sweetheart or head table 

  • Place lawn games in various locations

  • Organize and set up a Polaroid Camera Station 

  • Set up lounge areas and/or backdrops 

Our team will arrive in the morning to decorate your ceremony and reception areas based on your plans and the items you have purchased or rented.  We 'll finish with plenty of time for your photographer to capture beautiful phots of your decorations, and for you to walk through your space with your love, seeing your vision come to life. 

 There's nothing like stepping into your dream wedding without having the stress of planning, organizing, and setting up. Let us do the heavy lifting so that you can enjoy every moment of the day with family and friends.

DINNER SERVICE

This service is designed for couples that are planning to have a self-serve buffet for dinner. This is a very popular arrangement for dinner and in order for service to run smoothly, we suggest having servers to assist.  

SERVICES WE OFFER:

  • Prepare head/sweetheart and guest tables for dinner by pouring water/ice and champagne (not provided)

  • Assist with receiving food delivery from caterer

  • Prepare buffet table by lighting sternos, adding serving utensils, and uncover food pans (supplies not included)

  • Assist with calling tables to the buffet line

  • Assist with filling food pans as guests serve themselves

  • Assist with collecting dirty dishes and cleaning tables

  • Assist with packing glasses, dishes, and flatware

  • Assist with clearing the food tables and packing food

  • Assist with preparing the dessert table and serving dessert

  • Assist with setting up and preparing coffee table

  • Assist with cleaning dessert table and packing food

  • Assist with changing over garbage and placing in designated location

  We'd be honored to step in and assist so that you can fully enjoy your dinner and dessert with family and friends.

$75/hr.

PER SERVER

 

PRICE IS BASED ON THE NUMBER OF HOURS NEEDED AND GUEST COUNT.  2 HOUR MINIMUM

Sparkling Wine

BAR SERVICE

This service is designed for couples who are considering a self-serve bar. While this is a way to save on costs, you may find that having a bartender would be worthwhile, especially when hosting a with a large group.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

  • Arrive early to take stock of inventory and organize liquor, beer, and wine for easy service 

  • Place beer, wine, and other drinks on ice to ensure they are chilled for service

  • Cut and prepare garnishes for drinks 

  • Prepare items for signature cocktails 

  • Assist with serving guests over 21. Guests will be carded.

  • Assist with replenishing drink items 

  • Assist with picking up discarded cups and glasses 

  • Monitor crowd and suggest transportation if needed

  • Assist with packing up beverages for easy transportation

  We'd be honored to step in and assist so that guests are served cold drinks quickly and efficiently during your celebration. 

$45/hr.

PER SERVER

FULL EVENT

TAKE-DOWN 

While you're dancing the night away with your love, we'll assist with taking down and packing up your decorations and/or rentals. By the time your event is over, all of your items will be packed away so that you can make your grand exit!

 

SERVICES WE PROVIDE: 

Ceremony Take-Down:

  • Signs + Easels

  • Welcome Table

  • Guest Seating

  • Aisle and chair decor

  • Wedding arch and decor

Reception Take-Down: ​​

  • ​Pack up centerpieces and table numbers

  • ​Pack up specialty tables (card/gift table, memorial table, seating chart, and guestbook)

  • Clean and pack-up dessert table items          

  • Clean and pack-up non-alcoholic beverage table

  • Remove chair covers and sashes

  • Remove and package dirty linens

  • Break-down tables and chairs

Event take-down typically begins after dessert, when you and your guests are having fun on the dance floor. Our team will  take down and pack up your decorations so that you get to  spend your entire evening with friends and family.

 

 

$125/hr.
